Now it’s out: Yesterday, SEGA and Creative Assembly gave a first look at one of four playable Chaos Lords. The legendary Commander Skarbrand will lead the hordes of Khorne!
Slowly but surely the picture of the new playable chaos factions takes on contours. After there was initially only visual material on the new faction of the Kizlev, SEGA and Creative Assembly granted a glimpse of the first playable Chaos Lord yesterday. The winged demon Skarbrand the Outcast leads the hordes of the chaos god Khorne into battle for the mortal realms.
Once the greatest of the Khorne demons, Skarbrand’s own pride brought down the prince. Since then he has been looking for an opportunity to regain power, plundering and slaughtering his way through mortal and immortal realms. As a powerful hand-to-hand fighter, Skarbrand has the twin axes Murder and homicidethat increase its damage with every enemy killed. Be Roar of endless rage unleashes devastating conflagrations that turn entire battlefields into a searing sea of flames. Skarbrand even prevents his opponents from escaping by taking them with him Rampage occupied and dragged back into the hopeless fight.
For fans of the bloodthirsty Khorne, Skarbrand is an ideal companion in the fight against the Mortal Realms. The mighty warlord fits harmoniously into the ranks of the Khorne with their muscle-bound demons and angry beasts and with his fire represents an exciting counterweight to the ice magician Tzarin Katarin Bokha of the Nordic Kizlev.
Total War: Warhammer III should appear for the PC this year, but there is no exact release date yet.
Enter the world of Chaos God Khorne and his demonic hordes – led by Skarbrand the Outcast!
