There has long been speculation that Ubisoft’s Ubisoft+ game subscription could also come to consoles and the Xbox in particular. If you believe a reliable insider, then it will soon be time.
Xbox gamers may soon have even more game selection in the form of a subscription model, because according to reports Ubisoft + will apparently make the leap to the Xbox consoles. Corresponding speculation has been around for a long time, but an insider now says that it should really be time very soon.
Ubisoft+ originally launched as Uplay+ in 2019 and has grown in popularity since then. The subscription model gives you access to Ubisoft’s first-party games, including new releases. In this respect, Ubisoft+ is comparable to Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass or EA’s EA Play.
Now the for Windows Central
Corden’s insider report fits that the last rumors about Ubisoft+ on the Xbox revolved around a possible launch in mid-April with a total of 63 games – so that would fit together perfectly. If it really happens, players will get top titles like Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla or Far Cry 6 right at the launch.
