For Honor: With a sword, ax and chain mail, a Viking goes into battle in the service of Byzantium
Let’s start with a notable mark that For Honor has now broken, according to Ubisoft: During the live stream, it was announced that a total of 35 million people have drawn their weapons in one form or another in Ubisoft’s fighting game.

What is a Varangian? The Varangians were the bodyguard of the Byzantine emperor in the High Middle Ages. At least initially they consisted of Scandinavian Vikings. Plans for Year 8: Published in 2017, For Honor will end its seventh year in March 2024. During the eighth, two more new heroes will be added within the four seasons with future title updates, in addition to new maps.
Legacy Pass: This allows Battle Passes from previous years and seasons to be unlocked again and the progress from back then can be continued. If you already had a pass back then, you don’t have to pay again. And if you want, you can even fight your way up several at the same time.
To this day, For Honor is conceptually unique. And although it flies under the radar for many, it can be sure of a loyal player base thanks to its clear focus and constant maintenance.
