When it comes to new game announcements, developers like to get creative. Sony could now have taken a particularly interesting path to teaser Uncharted 5. However, we are on highly speculative paths here. In addition to the various other allusions, one trailer also showed a scene that cannot be directly assigned to any title. However, it fits more than well with a possible new Uncharted.
Hello and welcome to the igamesnews rumor mill. In a new trailer, Sony presents the main brands and games represented on the PlayStation 5. These include Ratchet & Clank, God of War: Ragnarök, Horizon: Forbidden West and Marvel’s Spider-Man. But in addition to all the well-known faces and scenarios, another clip has crept in that cannot be assigned so clearly.

The scenario, on the other hand, seems quite familiar. A dark cave, a person with a torch, a mysterious casket – the only thing missing is Nathan Drake. And this is exactly where the trailer leaves room for heaps of speculation about an Uncharted 5. At the latest when you know the end of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. Warning, spoilers in the next paragraph!
After you finish Uncharted 4, you see Cassie in an epilogue. Nathan Drake and Elena Fisher’s teenage daughter finds some memorabilia from her parents’ past. They then tell her about their adventures. It is therefore quite possible that Cassie can replace her old man in future parts of the series.
Whatever Sony wants to tell us exactly with the trailer, only the company itself knows. But it is clear that a possible new Uncharted will not come from Naughty Dog. Neil Druckmann announced this only recently. In contrast, a few weeks ago, a report caused further speculation about a reboot of the popular adventure series.
With this trailer, Sony introduces you to some strong brands of the PlayStation 5. The video was constructed in a newscast style, which allowed for some creative approaches to certain titles.
