Unitymedia performs maintenance work: defects in these areas

Unitymedia customers in North Rhine-Westphalia will have to prepare for temporary damage to the connection in the next few days. The provider performs maintenance work on the cable network before Easter. These areas are affected.

Shortly before Easter, Unitymedia once again began maintenance work on its North Rhine-Westphalia cable network. In the next few days, this may affect TV, Internet and telephone connections in the following areas:

• April 6 from 7 am to 6 pm, Gelsenkirchen
• April 6, 7am to 6pm: Gütersloh room
• April 7, 7 am to 6 pm: Duisburg area
• April 7th, 7am to 6pm: Masked Room
• April 8, 7 am to 6 pm: Münster area

According to Unitymedia, services in the mentioned areas can only be interrupted for up to ten minutes. Nevertheless, the company still recommends that users switch to the mobile phone network during maintenance work in an emergency.
