Valorant closed beta launches today, this April 7, 2020. One of the most frequently asked questions fans have about this is whether or not it will have a qualifying mode.
On behalf of the community, Twitcht streamer TimTheTatman asked the lead designer, Trevor “Classick” Romleski, that responded with a “no" However, he explained to us the reason why Riot Games has decided to go down this path.
According to Romleski, Riot fully understands how important it is for a game like Valorant to have qualified as soon as possible. However, the developer wants to give players an adjustment period; as it relates to time to learn and experience featuring in-game characters and all possible team compositions without having to worry about defeat.
Riot is encouraging us to test the game before launching ourselves head first into the world that is the qualifiers.
Riot too I'd apply this mindset to the full release of Valorant. At least that is the plan they intend to follow for now. They may change their minds at any time and launch the qualifiers alongside the launch.
Throughout it is time that Valorant has been revealing and trembling too. the ranges that will exist within the game were discovered and that will be obtained through classifications. In total eight were taught, ordering them from lower rank to higher rank would be: Mercenary, Soldier, Veteran, Hero, Legend, Mythical, Immortal and finally we would have the Valorant.
