And what awaits us in January 2024? Don’t worry, you get what you pay for. Here are the new products with iconic franchises on the way.
Video game releases for January 2024, with cult licenses
Let’s start with the releases related to heavy artillery before moving on to more independent productions. Yes, there are some too and we must not forget them. On the big names page we find the new episode of the Like a Dragon series (formerly Yakuza) entitled Infinite Wealth. A mix of serious and crazy awaits us in an adventure that promises to be completely crazy. But that’s not all. We also note the big return of Prince of Persia with the work The Lost Crown on January 18th. This time Ubisoft has chosen 2.5D. The menu is action, unforgettable combat and platforming the way we like it.
If you’re more into fighting games, don’t miss Tekken 8, releasing on January 26th. He looks pretty entertaining, which is sure to please fans. As for The Last of Us 2, it will also appear again in a remaster that will, among other things, bring a roguelike mode. But what about gamers who own a VR headset? Rest assured, Bulletstorm and its explosive offering will strengthen your catalog. We’re dealing with some great releases at the moment, so let’s take a look at some “lesser known” productions.
At the moment you can find everything. For example, we have Thaumaturge on the 20th of the month, a title created by former CD Projekt employees. The nostalgic among you will be happy to try out Another Code: Recollection on Nintendo Switch. Sticking with the theme of the compilation, we also have Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy for those who have the soul of a lawyer. After all, there are independents, and not just a few. The Cub comes to mind with its inspiring art direction, but also Howl, which was a huge success on Steam and is now coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. You will have understood, the month of January 2024 is quite busy with excursions and that is excellent news.
