Specifically, these are the two ViewSonic ELITE XG2405 and XG2705 models, as can be seen from the names, in 24-inch and 27-inch screen sizes. Both models are based on SuperClear IPS panel technology, a refresh rate of 144 Hz and an extremely fast response time of 1 ms.
In addition, AMD FreeSync technology synchronizes the refresh rate of the monitor with the graphics card and eliminates image tears for a seamless gaming experience. The Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080) in 16: 9 format with a brightness of 250 cd / m2 and a dynamic contrast of 80M: 1 also contributes to the precise presentation of the content.
Thanks to their slim, 3-sided frameless and ergonomic design, the two monitors on the XG05 platform are also suitable for multi-monitor setups. Since the image of the IPS panel is still clearly visible even at wide viewing angles, the displays are also suitable for couch-coop gaming, streamer setups and multi-purpose desktop use. To protect the eyes of users even during long game sessions, the monitors offer a blue light filter and feature ViewSonic's flicker-free technology. The XG2405 and the XG2705 have internal stereo speakers (2 x 2W) and a 3.5 mm audio output. For connection to a PC, tablet or console, they are each equipped with a display port connection and two HDMI 1.4 inputs.
The ViewSonic ELITE XG2405 is now available from specialist retailers for EUR 229 (RRP incl. VAT), the XG2705 costs EUR 289 (RRP incl. VAT).
