I've been playing Elden Ring nightreign…I mean a lot of. At the time of writing, I took about 70 hours of chaotic adventures and touch memorial missions to try out the ability of each nightclub and be able to get a good idea of Night Book.
Still, how much time I spent playing Elden Ring. Solo and through seamless co-ops, I both sank into hundreds of hours. But, at all times, I am often overlooked and rarely used: consumables. Cleaning dosage, throwing pots, warming stones and cooking crabs are just some of the items that are wasted on my stock for the rest of the time.

Nightreign often throws these items at you, and while you can give up on them to smash rocks and expensive doctors and still run successfully, these consumables – the power they seem to have in Nightregnign can make disturbing battles and nightclubs easier. Who doesn't like to throw a pot on a boss of a big, beast and watch it cancel its offense, thus saving your teammates from almost certain deaths? This is in a hurry!
Now, the first thing I buy during my run – after spending on my first few levels, is the merchant’s bag. More consumables? Yes, please. After that, picking up all the mission of throwing pots and grease, I can cater to the weakness of the nightclub of our choice. Let’s not forget the cleaning dose, which provides a permanent resistant gain when consumed. Perfect for all death shading and poisonous wastes scattered around lime!
Suppose I line up with the Three Wolves of the Three Wolves, and he is particularly weak in his harm to the Holy. My main goal is to get the adventure to find a weapon with a holy affinity, and to pick up and hold onto any holy water jugs or divine grease just in case, just in case. Maybe I didn’t find the holy weapon in time, which is what I have, or one of my teammates wasn’t too lucky so I could hand over all the holy grease to their nightclub to maximize the chance of winning the battle.

There are also lofty meat and boiled crabs, the former once polishing your attacks, and the latter once had a huge negative effect on your physical damage. If your pouches are empty, these pouches will never go wrong, especially if the character using these Buff consumables happens to be equipped with Augur's relics, which results in the use of items that give nearby allies. This means that when you participate in a battle or stagger the boss, one player can pop up consumables when others attack, and everyone will benefit from the enthusiast. Again, one thing in most nightclubs is endurance, what is this helpful for it? Peppered turtle's neck. I can't get enough.
Last but not least are the warming stones and starlight fragments. These two easy-to-use items are situational, but bringing two warming stones into a night-travel battle is by no means a waste. Given the hugeness of the arena, it is usually easy to throw a stone down and stand on it – slowly recover HP – and your team Aggros is the boss. This saves you using the flask, allowing you to participate in battles longer and have a better chance of winning.
Similarly, starlight shards are also essential for any class that uses FP (such as Revenant), as they immediately refill a large portion of your FP bar, unlike the basic game where starlight shards shards shards shards shards shards shards shards shards are very slow to recover FP. This is the theme of Nightreign's consumables: they're much more powerful than in the shadows of Elden Ring or Erdtree, so it's really useful for any adventure. Spectral seeds or spiritual summons don't need your pouch, so pair it with easy-to-sell items in your pocket!

Throwing the pot alone can do a lot of damage to the boss, and if you add her to the team, the Duchess can then continue using it, or you can simply use them to help your teammates with the frost stack or poison accumulation that is currently underway. Playing on the weaknesses of nighttime night is also crucial, and these special items can help you do so, giving you an additional, much-needed boost to get these powerful opponents to take off at the end of your expedition.
Next time you see a hot pot or some boiling crab, pick it up. Don't let your consumables be wasted, don't hesitate to switch things out of your bag, because you find a better specific nightclub or something better with the nightclub you're facing, you'll never know the few warming stones, a bunch of starlight fragments, a bunch of starlight fragments, or those sublime bodies that might make the difference between winning and losing the expedition…
