Warframe's recent quality of life update turns weekly Nightwave into a fun nightmare

Warframe's recent change to defense missions has proven to be a fantastic quality of life change that saves players time and makes the quest types worse throughout the game, but it's fun. Due to this change, the weekly Night Wave mission proved a bit daunting, making the player bigger than usual.

To break it down, recent changes reduce the number of waves per defense rotation from 5 to three. From a super simple point of view, this means players only need to eliminate three waves of enemies before they get the reward, which is good, which makes the 1999 new Warframe 1999 Temple Defence faster and easier. However, the weekly “Defense” night mission requires players to complete the defense mission after reaching the 20th wave. This is the new format and does not add up completely.

In the past, to complete this night week, you had to extract from the defense mission after four rotations of cleaning up. This is a nice design that ensures players receive at least one bonus from each rotation layer. The standard rewards layer is AABC, so make sure you will receive two A-level rewards, one B-level reward and a C-level reward. For clarity, let's say you're on a defense mission for the Dark Division and you've obtained two Meso artifacts, a Neo Seric and an Axi relic.

However, to clear 20 waves, you now need you to actually complete 21 waves. That's it seven All rotations of defense missions. In terms of rewards, the level will become Aabcaab. Following the previous example, these are four mid-word relics, two NEOs and one Axi. It loops back around and the enemy becomes stronger. So if you are doing defense missions for any other reason than the weekly Nightwave week, there is no real reason to stay in Wave 12.

OK, why do you do this. Well, that's the time spent on defense missions, and in fact, it doesn't take longer to clear this than it used to be. Of course you have to sit on the pull-up screen that throws the addition, which adds a few minutes, but unless you unlock the void relics, it won't make up for that long time.

Well, this change makes it harder to keep four losses squads throughout their duration. As mentioned above, there is no real reason to stick to the 12th time in the past, which means those without super powerful fighters and loads of weekly progress may be bound by later fluctuations. Also, some people may want to surpass the mission in Wave 20 – don't do that! You actually have to complete the weekly completed defensive pop, so visit 21 waves and extract them normally.

But, other than that, this is not the biggest deal in the world. Actually, this is a very interesting retention of the old defense format. If you work hard this week to find like-minded players in group world chat, find a large invalid defense farm and lock it up for a long time. Or, if you can't find other players to help you, carry the best load and apply it on the earth and explode through a bunch of low-level Grineer until you're done.

This may be resolved in the next few weeks, but honestly, there is a sick part of my brain that hopes the digital extremes stay that way. Love the old ash farm is the same part of my brain. Look, this is a small wackey mission that prompts players to do something strange. Just slap, partner, partner on the podcast. Or, don't panic if you don't live with it. Even if you don't complete the task, you can recover it in the next few weeks.
