Did you notice that we haven’t heard anything about the next season of Diablo 4? It does make sense to keep the upcoming season (and its themes) mysterious; this is one that starts with the Hate Vessel.
As the first official expansion pack for the game, “Ship of Hate” naturally stole most of the attention. However, as the release gets closer, Blizzard is finally ready to reveal news about Season 6.

The new season will undoubtedly tie into the Hate Boat story, and for some, it’s already been preloaded. This explains why the developers may not be willing to talk about specific details until we’re closer to launch. We likely still won’t know everything, as some content could spoil the events of the expansion’s campaign.
Nonetheless, today, in 11am PT, 2pm ET, 7pm UKwe’re going to be doing a big livestream that will answer all of these questions and reveal all the changes in the final version of the game since the patch 2.0 PTR. Patch 2.0 is transformative for Diablo 4, bringing significant changes to the leveling experience, item abilities, and more – all updates will be free and available to all players.
Of course, Season 6 itself will be accessible to all players, regardless of whether they own Hateship or not. Tonight’s livestream will feature several members of the development team and will be led, as always, by Community Lead Adam Fletcher.
You’ll be able to watch the live stream on Diablo’s Twitch, YouTube and Twitter pages. We’ve also embedded the Twitch player below.
As always, we’ll be back later to bring you details on all the major reveals during the livestream, as well as any other interesting details Blizzard developers mentioned during the panel.
