The Netflix hit series Stranger Things is rapidly approaching its end. Season 5 is supposed to conclude the story about Eleven, Mike, Hopper and Co. and, especially after the turbulent events in the fourth season, many fans are wondering: What will happen in the finale?
In conversation with the magazine Metro The series creators Matt and Ross Duffer have now taken on a theory that is particularly popular in fan circles and made it clear that the end of Stranger Things will definitely not look like this.
Was it all just a dream?
This is what the fan theory says: We remember the beginning of season 1, where Mike, Will, Dustin and Lucas play a leisurely game of Dungeons & Dragons. It has been suspected for some time that that all the events in the series are just the product of a child’s imaginationas is the order of the day with pen and paper campaigns.
