EA and Koei Tecmo are making a big start when it comes to Wild Hearts, because just 10 days after the first content update, the second free patch of this kind is now available. We’ll tell you what’s inside.
Wild Hearts has now been available for a good month and is trying to make life difficult for Monster Hunter – and there is already a second free content update available. EA Originals and Koei Tecmo released this today for the hunting game.
So what are you getting offered this time? In the update, a mysterious new Kemono subspecies awaits you on the island of Natsukodachi, the wolf-like Flame Grim. Related to the fearsome Frostgrim, the mighty Flamegrim can control both raging flames and rough seas. As this kemono wields two elements, you should rely on elemental lanterns to survive against the molten rocks and powerful waves of this unique beast.
You can also now forge new weapons from Flamegrim materials, some with the power to shatter even heaven and earth, while others fuse the power of a kemono and human wits into formidable weapons.
Rounding out the patch is the Radiant armor set, as well as three special quests that grant you new chat stamps and emotes for each win. The next content update is already scheduled for April 6th and will bring with it a new fox kemono, the petal-manipulating Murakumo, as well as new weapons and armor sets.
