Riot Games is not unemployed to improve the gaming experience of the closed beta, launched in early April. The 0.50 update was deployed yesterday on VALORANT. The short bursts of rifles have been added to be more viable and the loss of precision linked to the player's movements has also been made fairer to avoid punishing certain players without reason.

Sage hand players will be due for this update, since the support character undergoes a new nerve: the duration of its slow orb has been reduced by 2 seconds and its slowdown is less powerful; in addition, it scores an additional 100 credits. However, Sage's strength is mostly focused on his ultimate, mature care, so she remains viable even with these changes.
Cypher, the agent who leaves no information to escape him, also suffered a nerve : his camera takes 15 seconds longer before being available and Cybercage no longer has a slowdown effect. Phoenix, Brimstone and Raze also suffered a slight nerve with the price increase of 100 credits for one of their skills.
In exchange, the two agents receive a boost for the 0.50 update are Omen and Viper. While Viper has only received one change with the increased Snakebite radius, Omen has benefited from several bonuses on Dark Veil: its duration has been increased by 3 seconds, as well as its speed. On the other hand, its recovery time has also increased slightly, from 30 to 35 seconds.
The use of bunny hop to avoid area damage has also been reduced somewhat, making players more vulnerable to ground area skills from Phoenix, Viper and Brimstone.
As for changes to weapons and agents, Riot Games also made another one on the economics of the games: credit limit is now 9,000 points (3,000 less), which will appeal to teams in the middle of a snowball game. The three cards have also undergone some adjustments that habitus will resume very quickly.

In the meantime, the parties continue to be in full swing on the future eSports game of Riot Games, which does not yet have a final release date. VALORANT will be released this summer and the closed beta does not yet have an end date. It is also possible to play in class mode and get your very first ranking in the closed beta season.
