You’re in. Got the time? Did you stay up to watch the September 24 episode of PlayStation’s State of Play – which aired last night UK time? Now that Xbox has let you know which games we saw on the show are also currently scheduled for release on its platform, I can also quickly fill you in on the other big news from the show if you don’t try to get through to me.
OK, OK, I’ll get straight to the point, starting with those confirmed Xbox games that the console maker hyped up via a convenient tweet. Yes, just one big tweet that says “These things, they’re coming to Greenville.”

So, that’s all for Xbox, but other big news at the show included some free Astro Bot DLC, the official reveal of the Horizon Zero Dawn remake (a Lego Horizon adventure is coming on November 14, doubling down on the Horizon vibe), and Ghost of Yotei, the follow-up to Ghost of Tsushima, due out in 2025.
There were also brief looks at some of the games that will run on the PS5 Pro, with Stellar Blade getting a DLC with Nier Automata, and Palworld also being secretly released on PS5. Other games that made an appearance included LEGO Fortnite, Metro Awakening VR, The Midnight Walk, Hitman World of Assassination on PSVR2, and Towers of Aghasba.
