Spring 2021 is just around the corner and the rest of the game schedule for the rest of the year is essentially already in place. Microsoft, however, has several unannounced games up its sleeve that can be released at short notice in 2021.
Xbox fans can apparently look forward to plenty of new game feed in the current year 2021, which we don’t know about very much at the moment. In a new edition of the Iron Lords Podcast
“Not every game that will be released this year has already been presented,” replied Ronald when asked which games he was most looking forward to in 2021. “I’ve seen a lot of things internally that I’m really happy about when they can all see later this year. So far, we are only scratching the surface of what is really possible with the next-gen consoles,” said Ronald Expectation.
And that prompted a lot of speculation, among other things in one Reddit-Post. The speculations range from Forza Horizon 5 to a new Wolfenstein. But could a first exclusive title for PC and Xbox with Wolfenstein really appear just six months after the Bethesda deal was tied down – now that it was recently confirmed by the EU? In any case, Microsoft has not yet commented on this.
The latter, in turn, could possibly change in the near future, because according to a report by VentureBeat the company is planning a video presentation on March 11th, which will specifically focus on the effects of the Microsoft-Bethesda deal. The main focus should be on the innovations that can be expected for subscribers to the Xbox Game Pass with regard to Bethesda titles, but there may also be one or two new announcements.
Should the rumor of the not yet officially announced video presentation be confirmed, PS5 fans might get a little more clarity as to the extent to which they can still expect Bethesda content in the future. We’ll keep you up to date!
