Fortunately, there are already some workarounds for the sometimes buggy player search of the XDefiant closed beta.
Ubisoft’s free2play shooter XDefiant recently entered a closed beta phase. Since this is of course an unfinished version of the game, players must expect one or the other error. For example, it can happen that you cannot find any players due to a bug. Fortunately, there are already some workarounds.
Possible solutions
