Not only pre-orderers are allowed to open the gates of hell in March. Everyone else can also spend a weekend in Diablo 4 this month. Over a month before the action RPG comes out in June.
For a long time Blizzard held back with information about a beta around Diablo 4. But now the studio has finally pulled the curtain, revealing when you’ll be able to enter the beta and what to expect inside.
Closed Beta and Open Beta will start in March
Blizzard has direct two different betas for Diablo 4 announced. A beta is exclusively for those who have pre-ordered Diablo 4 or obtained beta code through other means. But even if you’re not one of them, you won’t have to wait long for your opportunity, because there will also be an open beta that everyone can join.

In terms of content, both betas are congruent. Accordingly, you will be able to explore the prologue and the first area of Diablo 4 in detail in both cases. Live stream with the development studio
In addition to the beta start times, Blizzard also announced a development livestream today where they’ll sit down and chat a bit about the making of Diablo 4. The stream is scheduled to take place on February 28 at 8 p.m. Featuring world designer Art Peshkov, system designer Meng Song and game director Joe Shely.
