We recently reported that the programmer of Masahiro Sakurai was successful in the Switch 2 system in Japan, receiving the invitation to buy the upcoming console.
Now another legendary developer has announced his own success, which is Hideki Kamiya. Known for his work on Resident Evil 2, Bayonetta and Okami, Kamiya is currently working hard at Okami continuation in his new Colleles study partnership with Capc.
He posted on social networks to show what he had completed the pre -registration (console, Mario Kart World and Pro controller), with a simple statement that reads “That's quite good …”.
This is another indication that the great developers in Japan did not simply hand over the Switch 2 consoles such as promotional flyers; They have to buy them just like us.
However, this could be considered an encouraging sign that at some point in the future we could be a beautiful continuation of the Okami. There are currently no words that platforms CLOVERS/CAPCOM is planning to target the release, but if Kamiya sees a Switch 2 as a sustainable console, we might be able to play the sequel to one of the biggest adventurous games of all time in the years to come.
