Atlus also assured fans on their New Year cards included in the latest edition of Weekly Famitsu that Shin Megami Tensei V is still developing with the development of the Nintendo Switch platform. This should have been a huge thrill for fans as it has been a while since we heard anything about this much-awaited title. Atlus said in the magazine:
