Mari Shimazaki, character designer for the adorable Bayonetta, revealed that she worked on four characters in the latest Pokemon game for the Nintendo Switch, Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet. She designed the Pokemon, Fidough that evolves into Dachsbun, along with the two professors in the game, Raifort and Miriam. She made a skit to celebrate the completion of the game, which you can watch below.
“Not only has it been time since release, I was in charge of the designs for Papimotchi, Bauzel, Lehol and Mimoza in “Pokémon Scarlet Violet”! I’ve been sidetracking the game a lot, but I finally finished it the other day. I loved filling out the cards and it was so relaxing!! I hope you continue to enjoy it.”
