North America / Europe
This is a classic cover design, isn't it? Simply capsulates the pikmina game perfectly. This is shown by Captain Olimar, who headed his pikmin toward a giant bulborn, while others seem to flee with fear. That's a pikmin! This is a game, through and through. And are there really any enemies of pikmine iconic like a bulbor? We think no.
Japan
Japanese design, like many similar editions of the first parties from today, is a little more abstract in its approach. It shows three main pikmina in the middle: blue, yellow and red. In the meantime, the background is a yellow-orange color with the texture of the corishes, while the flowers occupy part of the empty space. Here we love the design of the logo, and that small area “raised from the seed” at the bottom is wonderful in its simplicity.
