Capcom has hosted various types of exhibitions over the past few years, and for the beginning of 2024, ‘Capcom Highlights’ – a new digital event covering all the latest Capcom titles – has been announced.
The difference with this event is that it is divided into two days. The first day will be held on March 7, 2024, and the second day will be on March 11, 2024. The program will last “between 15-20 minutes” each day.
The focus will be on “the latest information on upcoming titles.” Capcom also specifically notes that they won’t have any updates on their new Monster Hunter game, Monster Hunter Wilds. The ‘FightinCowboy’ streaming variety will help host the show as a special guest.
The games included in Day 1 will be Kunitsu-Gami: The Way of the Goddess and Dragon’s Dogma II. And then on day 2 the focus will be on that Street Fighter 6, Exoprimal, Monster Hunter now and recently published Tales of monster hunters for Switch, launching in summer 2024.
Last week, Capcom also announced that it will be hosting a special program for the 20th anniversary of Monster Hunter, which takes place on March 12, 2024. This program will not contain “announcements of new games or news about Monster Hunter Wilds.”
