After some indications that Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin It would require an additional download in its physical version and others that pointed out that it would not be the case finally, now we have the official confirmation from Capcom.
The company has confirmed through the official Monster Hunter Twitter account that Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin no additional 15GB download required as originally believed. It has only confirmed that it will have a launch update that occupies 0.5 GB, as we already informed you on the web.
It seems that it was a printing error in the American box. This is the message posted, where it is specified that it does not require additional installations with the physical version, that the digital version occupies 13.5 GB and that there will be a day 1 patch that occupies 0.5 GB:
