Ace Attorney fans worried about the series being abandoned can seemingly relax, with Capcom allaying any concerns recently in a recent interview.

Speaking to Netlab, Capcom’s Kenichi Hashimoto mentioned that the Japanese developer and publisher “will not stop” producing Ace Attorney content. There are apparently many “directions” the team is looking at in this long-running series. This even potentially includes more “mixed media”.

At the moment, the developer can’t say much more, and will be ready to reveal more when the time is right. Here’s the translation (via Nintendo Everything):

Kenichi Hashimoto: “The Ace Attorney series isn’t going to stop producing content. We definitely have a lot of areas where we want to grow further, including mixed media. There are things we’d like to talk about when the time comes to reveal something, but I can’t say much for now.”

This follows news of Capcom planning to unveil “a special introduction video to the Ace Attorney series for fans and newcomers.”

Fans have speculated that there could potentially be more teases, but Capcom has now responded by asking everyone to manage their expectations and noting that the trailer will not introduce any “new” projects. You can see this full update in our previous post:
