Critically acclaimed indie RPG Chained Echoes will receive a DLC expansion called Ashes of Elrant in the second quarter of 2025.
Deck 13 Spotlight and Umami Tiger revealed this through a trailer on the game's official YouTube channel.
The DLC will take place before the final boss and will see the heroes traveling on a quest to another land to fight the good fight.
It will boast a new protagonist, new bosses, new music and, of course, new story elements.

“Ashes of Elrant” takes players to a new land, far from Valandis. It is set just before the final battle of Chained Echoes so you can prepare to meet your beloved heroes again. The Crimsonwing Clan must respond to a call for help from the land of Elrant. A land where nothing is as it seems.
Get ready for a new playable character – the White Wolf, visit new areas, fight more than 40 new monsters and bosses, and listen to 15 new songs by mastermind Eddie Marianukroh. Also take a fishing rod – you'll need it.
