Square Enix confirmed today that the classic JRPG Chrono Trigger, which was first published in 1995 to Super Nintendo System, has transferred over five million copies around the world. The news comes as part of a long -awaited celebration of the 30th anniversary of the franchise. Square Enix has previously said that they are exploring new projects within Universe Chrono Trigger, which will be announced later this year.
