We have all seen the news, trailers and a lot of information about Princess Zelda’s first adventure as the protagonistand we loved that. The saga itself usually uses elements that could well be considered recurring and familiar, elements that in the end help us empathize with each installment. Regardless of the difference in visuals, gameplay, mechanics or the abilities of our brave hero, Hyrule is Hyrule. From embedding ourselves in walls, turning into a wolf, flying through the skies, to transforming ourselves with masks, traveling in time or making ourselves smaller. Each game presents a unique premise, so having familiar elements always plays in your favor to have the feeling that “this is a Zelda
In Echoes of Wisdom it is no different. And we still don’t know much about the lands that the princess must visit (except for the trailers seen). Even so, beyond the known lore, we see an ability strangely familiar to Tears of The Kingdom. The ultrahand that Link carries in Tears of the Kingdom to attach objects, move and create all kinds of artifacts is present in Echoes of Wisdom. And yes, we are aware that the princess carries a magic staff, perhaps referring to being the bearer of the triforce of wisdom, but the mechanics are practically the same.
Using this ability to attach objects and access otherwise inaccessible areas, hide from enemies or hinder their path, we will have endless possibilities to advance in the story. As in Tears of the Kingdom, our creativity will be what makes our way through the puzzles and situations of the new adventure.
