Ever since the game was officially published after Nintendo's direct September 2023, the F-Zero 99 receives updates with additional content and various errors. It was a dispute and a gradual feed update, but thanks to all the support after the launch, the game now has a lot of content he did not have when he originally launched.
Well, Nintendo posted another update, although Nintendo Switch 2 is only a month and a half away from the release. Once you download the update, the F-Zero 99 should be on version 1.6.0. New supplements
- Five mirror songs from the ACE League were added.
- The mirror songs will appear in the F-Zero 99 races, as well as Pro Tracks, Team Battle, Mini Prix, Mirror Grand Prix and Mini World Tour Games.

Other adjustments and changes
- It has changed the conditions for getting the color of the black machine until finishing in the first in any of the following: F-Zero 99, Pro Track, Grand Prix or Mini Prix race.
- Color cannot be obtained by setting 1. In Team Battle, Classic Races or World Tour Races.
- If the conditions are fulfilled with the spray of data from Ver. 1.5.6 or earlier, then the color will be obtained when the game is updated to Ver. 1.6.0.
- Adapted the balance of the machine.

- The amount of power meter increases when the second machine will reduce with each one after the first.
