Specifically, NHK Japan reports about a fire at Nintendo headquarters in Kyoto. This would have taken place today in the building, as far as they went 8 fire trucks to douse the flames. However, it appears that the employees had put out the fire when the trucks arrived.
No injuries have been reported, just damage to desks and chairs.. The police have shared that the cause of the fire would be a device that was charging in the building, although they are still investigating it to confirm it 100%. This has been reported from NHK in Japan:
