FuRyu and AQURIA have unveiled a new trailer for their upcoming action RPG, CRYMACHINA, which gives a deeper look at the game’s combat mechanics. The trailer, which lasts a total of eight minutes, is divided into several parts, each focusing on a different aspect of the game’s combat system. The first part of the trailer, titled “Eden,” sets the stage for the game’s story and introduces players to the game’s protagonist, a young girl named Eve. From there, the trailer dives into the various weapons and abilities players will have at their disposal, including “Synthetic Frames”, “Defensive Maneuvers”, “Armaments” and “Auxiliaries”.
The trailer also showcases the game’s “Awakening” system, which allows players to unleash powerful attacks and abilities when their characters enter an enhanced state. Additionally, the trailer briefly touches on the game’s “Personality Data” system, which allows players to customize their characters with different personality traits and abilities. Overall, the new trailer offers a comprehensive look at CRYMACHINA’s combat system and highlights the game’s fast-paced action and dynamic battles. CRYMACHINA is due out on July 27th for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Switch in Japan, with a worldwide release on Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam scheduled for later this fall.
