One of the surprise titles unveiled at Summer Game Fest was the reveal of a new Sonic the Hedgehog game, Sonic Superstars. The game, developed by the original Sonic character design studio, Arzest, has a beautiful art style and the impressions from the showcase are promising. IGN Japan recently spent some time with the fast-paced 2D platformer and captured some hands-on footage for your viewing pleasure. Sonic Superstars releases later this year on multiple platforms including the Nintendo Switch.
