Netherrealm Studios and Warner Bros. have been busy working on the next game in the long-running Mortal Kombat series, and it’s widely rumored to be a reboot of the series. Last night, Mortal Kombat co-creator Ed Boon teased fans on Twitter saying, “This week is going to be fun.” Hopefully this means they’re about to announce the next Mortal Kombat game along with a trailer, or alternatively, Ed could just be trolling. As always, we’ll have to wait and see what happens.
