All retro libraries available on Nintendo Switch on the network will be available on the Switch 2, and you will be able to check them on the day when the console is started. What is interesting is that the retro library is renamed the subtitles. Now they will have “Nintendo Classics” subtitles, when “Nintendo Switch Online” was earlier.
What is also interesting is that one retro library will particularly get new features on the Switch 2. Nintendo announced that, on the new console, the Nintendo 64 retro Library app will add “a new CRT filter to add retro feelings to your games, remodeling the button to control each game in case it is wrong.” It is unknown whether the same features will also come to the retro library at the Switch 1.
