Yuzu and Nintendo have reached a mutual agreement under which Yuzu will pay $2.4 million in damages. This means that since both parties have reached an agreement, the case will not end up in court. Yuzu will have to destroy all copies of the Yuzu emulation software and will be forced to shut down completely.
