Nintendo has decided to take a legal lawsuit against a peripheral video game manufacturer Genki's to show the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 early. The lawsuit against the home company Gank Human Things was quite inevitable, although if the court judged Nintendo's benefit, the lawsuit would require Genci to destroy all the products associated with Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 and stop using Nintendo's trademarks.
