Earlier, we have reported that Nintendo runs Genki's accessories to court because of the aforementioned company that violates the trademark, as well as unjust competition and false advertising. What is interesting is that in court documents it reveals that Nintendo started working on a new platform shortly after they published the original Nintendo Switch System with “Formal Hardware Development in early 2019”
