You probably read a bunch of thoughts and views about Nintendo Switch 2 at the moment, many of which are of us.

I was already a bit skeptical of the mouse mode before it was officially announced in Nintendo Direct. I don't like playing games on my computer, and if I have to, I avoid a keyboard and a mouse like the plague. Except things like Sims or maybe the Stardew valley. But the controller is always my tendency. I basically grew up with them in my hands and I just can't wrap my little brain using a mouse for anything other than directing and clicking on connections and pictures.

So I'm not surprised that after trying Mouse Mouse with numerous games on Nintendo Switch 2, I don't really like it. I power I even hate. But it's one of those, “It's not you, it's me”, most of it.

I admit that I am not a target audience for this, and although I love Nintendo's creativity and the ability to play with strange and wonderful, I never got a lab, my amiibo collection is relatively thin and the 3D way in 3ds is always excluded. I have a lot of fun at parties, honestly!

Honestly, Mouse fashion is a great idea. As soon as Metroid Prime 4: Beyond was re -announced last year, I decided that it would be a cross title for Switch 2nd, and then when Misa Mosje was rumored and then leaked, the Metroid was the first Nintendo title that I thought I would know it would be perfect. After all, it's FPS FPS. The shooters are adapted to the precision of the mouse control, and they work extremely well in Prime 4.

In fact, Mouse fashion works great with almost everything I have played. Improved Super Mario Party Jamboreree's edition has given us six funny entertaining minies that did everything well with the mouse. The controls were sensitive and smooth and easy. The fun was derived from simplicity mixed with stupidity that sorted through mail or playing hockey with a small, thin little mouse.

Drag X Drive is a 'showcase' game for a mouse outside the more conventional cases of use, a real victory for a wheelchair national team, and also an innovative game. And God, did I terrible to that. In the end, I got the essence after the guide and a lot of shame, but it never felt natural. But what other games can you play with two mice? Still, it's still impressive.

But my problems don't really lie with the technology itself. Being a flawless transition between mouse and joyful mode is actually great, and new Joy-Con Kaisha are easily attached and feeling great, allowing smooth movement on tabletop or legs. It is also very sensitive and, except for a few sudden stops in the dear X drive, resulting in some clumsy falls and rotation, it seems extremely competent.

I biggest problem is Joy-Con's size. As a Joy-Con or a 'normal' controller, I actually like the upgraded Switch 2 snacks. I will probably still replace them because of something a little bigger when Hori and other third parties get involved in my own versions, but I considered them much more comfortable to hold than the current Joy-Con on the Switch 1.

However, put them in the mouse mode, and they simply felt awkward. Joy-Con is not shaped in the form of your hand, and they are too thin to feel robustly like a standard PC mouse. This means I have to find a way to rest my fingers and palm on something that is a little thicker than the iPhone.

Of course, it expands that the 'base' approaches, but my fingers should not really touch the table while using a mouse, and instead of resting over the top of the rounded surface, I try to wrap them in a comfortable way.

This thinness has repeatedly caused problems, especially while playing dear X drive. Several times I could feel my controller sliding under my palm, which makes me crash or just stop moving. Even with a belt (I'm not daring to live dangerously under the Big N guard), I never felt like I had completely had a controller.

The position of the buttons on Joy-Con also is not super intuitive to mouse-this is not really a problem that you can solve without completely changing the design. There are playing mice with the outcomes of buttons that make sense and a lot of ergonomic mice that also put the left and right clicks in reasonable places. Basically, there is no easy solution, but I almost definitely pressed the wrong button as I fought against the final chief of the Metroid Prime 4 demonstration 4. No, Samus, put away the scanning visor and fill the bundle so that you can finally get rid of the metroidal pustules that have attached to it.

Much of this is likely to stem from my lack of experience with gaming mice in general, but I know Nintendo can make really good controllers with multiple functions. Gamepad might be clumsy, but this is not my problem with the WII U., and although I do not like movement controls, I do not consider WII Remote and Nunshuck to hold, and I could handle limited purposes to move.

Mode is Of course, optional in most cases. I don't see how I play Metroid Prime 4 any other way except with Pro controller. I have to give a mouse another recording or find something that really clicks with me. A way of making in a new The transition of animals This allows me to move the houses and the tile items using the tile on the map. Pikmin 5 With some special picmine or stages you can command and progress with a mouse. Or just something more creative than targeting and shooting and driving. More double mouse games, Nintendo! Even if I'm bad in them.

In any case, there is one thing that Nintendo could do to stop the cramps of my hand; Make a case. I use Wii remote control as an example of something I considered relatively comfortable despite the tribu. But there is an exception: Mario Kart Wii. If you like to keep a Wii remote control on the side, on top and bottom, then a fair play. I hated him. Thank goodness The Wii wheel was a package with that game, because it was a complete exchanger of the WII game.

So, why not pack in the mouse 'shell' for Joy-Con with a Drag X drive? Something that Joy-Con in a mouse would be a little more natural to fit the human palm. I know that would make the motroid of Metroid Prime 4 a little harder, but the darling X Drive would probably find a cracking a little harder, but there must be a compromise?

As it stands now, I will currently avoid the mode of mouse. Unless there is some kind of additional or designed plastic peripheral, or some even more interesting use, it currently feels like it's there. We'll know a little while when the console announces. In the meantime, I will keep the cheese away from this special click and fingers crossed.
