Last month, Nintendo announced that he would abolish the I Nintendo Gold Points program, with no longer possible to earn these points after a certain date.
In case you missed this, Nintendo issued a reminder of social media On the eve of the big day of next week March 24, 2025 (or March 25, depending on your location). Although you will no longer be able to receive gold points from buying, there will still be other ways to earn points:
The “assignment of” Golden Points “in I Nintendo Point will end on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. At 1:30 pm. After the end of the date and time, the golden points will no longer be awarded to the purchase. However, gold points may be assigned a certain period after completion and time.”

Although the golden points are abolished, Nintendo explained that they can still be redeemed up to 12 months after you earned them (including after March date). It has also been confirmed that platinum does not go anywhere will continue to be available after this date.

In some related news, Nintendo does not seem to allow fans to use the players to play on the Switch 2 exclusives. This was confirmed on the official website of the Voucher last month.
