Responsible for The Simpsons confesses that he would love for Hit & Run to return – iGamesNews

Here comes an interesting message related to one of the most outstanding games in history. We are talking in this case of The Simpsons Hit & Run, released in 2003 on GameCube and other platforms.

In the text that we leave you below, Matt Selman

, co-showrunner of the franchise, confirms that he would love for this game to return, although he acknowledges that it would be somewhat complicated. These have been the words he has offered to IGN:

I’d love to see a remastered version of [The Simpsons Hit & Run], I would, [pero] it’s a complicated corporate mess trying to make that happen.

We were all playing Grand Theft Auto at the time and the publisher wanted another driving game. And we think, everyone is playing whatever version of Grand Theft Auto, people need to get out of the cars. That was a great creative battle over whether it was just a ‘drive and do missions’ game or a ‘get out of the car and do missions’ game. But I think the battle was worth it.

What do you think? Do not hesitate to leave it in the shared ones.
