Coronavirus outbreak – officially known as COVID-19 -It already impacted the production of Nintendo Switch in China and forced some gaming companies from within the country to delay future game releases, and is now reported to be related to Ring Fit Adventure. Oh, and a massive shortage of world-renowned gymnastics.
You see, like everyone in China having to separate their homes, there has been an increasing demand for Nintendo's latest gaming console. On the left, this demand has suddenly had an effect on global weight loss, as Chinese traders do not buy any stock they can get with their hands and sell it for more than the suggested price. Niko Partner senior analyst Daniel Ahmad notes another factor – the viral videos showing the game.
If you are wondering how it is possible for Chinese citizens to play Ring Fit Adventure when they are not officially available in the country, they can still import games from outside this region and play it on their special Tencent Nintendo Switch. Switch models in other parts of the world, however, can't play games from China.
Ring Fit Adventure is not the only switch product that has a coronavirus outbreak. Earlier this week it was reported that Japan's Animal Crossing-themed Turnch production had been affected, further disrupting the March 7 order. Exemplary sales of Nintendo's original plan also hit the Japanese charts this week.
