At this point, it might be better to ask who hasn't contributed to the Switch 2 rumor mill. A number of accessory manufacturers fueled Switch 2 fan speculation this week, but now retailers have started to join the fun. GameStop didn't do Nintendo a favor yesterday, though they've since renamed their Switch 2-related SKUs to “Dummy SKUs.” Unfortunately for Nintendo, another retailer has now fueled some more rumors regarding Nintendo's next console.
FNac, a retailer in France, has its own internal system. Just like GameStop, it's been leaked that they've added listings related to the Switch 2. What might surprise you is that none of them include accessories. This time, the listings are mostly for console. In fact, there are at least 5. It's possible that these are simply bundles tied to retailers, but without an official Nintendo console reveal, it's hard to tell.
What's probably the most interesting part of this specific rumor is that, for the first time, a potential Switch 2 game is included. The exact SKU of the game is unknown, but there is a listing for the game from Take-Two. Take-Two has many franchises, so it's impossible to tell which one it is, especially with so little information. Still, it's just another setback in a rumor-filled week for Nintendo fans.
