Rumour: Noobs Rejoice! Fortnite Might Be Getting A ‘No Build’ Mode

Massively popular Battle Royale title Fortnite is getting a ‘no build’ mode, according to a new leak.

The source is content creator and data miner HYPEX, who reports that the mode will only be available for a limited time.

Building is one of the keys mechanics in the game, but is often intimidating for newcomers. In fact, it’s not unusual to see players ignoring the building system and instead totally focusing on the combat.

Reminder that Epic are working on a “No Build” LTM.. I feel like this LTM would be so good right now with the Spiderman Ithic & Sliding 🔥 They’d just need to reduce damage to enviroment in that LTM. pic.twitter.com/2Q4FbBpsxo— HYPEX (@HYPEX) December 29, 2021

‘Limited Time Modes’ or ‘LTMs’ usually last for a week, and while they aren’t permanent additions to the game, they do allow Epic Games to do some valuable testing and evaluation. If this mode does indeed happen and proves to be popular, it could be added as a fixed addition to the game.

Is this something you’d like to see in Fortnite? Let us know with a comment.
