A brand new Rune Factory game is soon upon us as Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma launches on Nintendo Switch on May 30th. To celebrate. Marvelous has put together a new three-minute English-language trailer showcasing the revamped gameplay from the long-running series, and it looks like it's going to be quite the adventure with a little bit of everything fans of the series want. Here's what you can expect:

- It takes a village: Don't just focus on the farm — rebuild entire villages! Build and place buildings, enticing people to return to the villages and contribute. Revive the gods to restore vitality and valuable resources to the infected lands.
- Your fantastic Japanese life: Experience the beautiful designs and aesthetics of Japanese-inspired characters—from festivals to events to monsters. Explore Azuma's natural landscapes and seasonally themed sites steeped in tradition.
- Classic romance and relationships: Choose between male and female protagonists, then befriend or fall in love with any of the eligible candidates in fully voiced scenarios. Recruit these new friends as well to help you fight.
