Update [Sun 22nd Jan, 2023 02:25 GMT]: The listing for Sessions: Skate Sim has now appeared on the Switch eShop and Nintendo’s official website. Apparently he will get further March 16, 2023.
There will be two versions – Standard for $49.99 (or your regional equivalent) and Deluxe Edition for $59.99, both of which can be ordered now. The deluxe version will include additional levels and some other exclusive items. Here is the official description:

1990’S SKATE CULTURE – Inspired by the golden age of street skating – 1990’s – Session: Skate Sim lets you experience real skateboarding and its culture: no scoring system; only you, your place and your imagination! No need for the judges to tell you that your noseslide or varial heelflip is perfect for this spot. And since certain locations are iconic, the developers have added several to the game for you to skate and express your creativity, including Black Hubbas (New York City), Brooklyn banks (New York City), FDR Park (Philadelphia) and many more other places.
“IF IT’S NOT CAUGHT ON VIDEO, IT DIDN’T HAPPEN” – Skating and pulling off the best lines in the best places is one thing, but if there’s no one to record it, it didn’t really happen… In Session: Skate Sim, you can shoot with a 1990’s filter or fisheye lens, and you can use the video editor to create clips and share them. You can play with multiple options, including changing the field of view, time of day, filters, and different camera views (tripod, orbit, etc.). Session: Skate Sim also offers the chance to transform from skater to filmmaker: pull your moves, then go into film mode to experience the action from your operator’s point of view and create the best clip.
CUSTOMIZATION – Showcase your style with an extensive customization system for your skate and skateboard. Completing challenges earns you money to spend in skate shops. You can find almost 200 items (hoodies, shoes, hats, t-shirts, pants, etc.) from top brands, such as Fallen, Zero, GrindKing, Thankyou, HIJINX Net, Antilanta, Roger Skate CO, No-Comply, iDabble and others. You can also customize your skateboard with more than 250 parts, such as wheels, trucks and many other components from famous brands such as No-Comply, Grind King, Thankyou and many others. Original story [Fri 2nd Sep, 2022 05:15 BST]: Skateboarding games have made a resurgence in recent years, and it looks like the Nintendo Switch may be getting another one in the near future.
Another rating has appeared, this time in Taiwan. As pointed out by Universo Nintendo (via GoNintendo), it is Session: Skate Sim. This title is due out later this month on Xbox, PlayStation and PC (currently Early Access), but so far there has been no official mention of a Switch release.
According to the Taiwan Rating Board, the rating was submitted by the game’s publisher, Nacon. This is a continuation of a series of other lists this week. If we hear any news, we will let you know.
