Today, after confirming resolution and other details on Switch, it has been detailed a new update 1.6 that offers at least juicy content. They are the following:
Important notices:
- Starting with Temtem version 1.6, in-game events will be removed due to issues and player dissatisfaction. Players will be compensated with cosmetics from the Valentamers event that was not released last year.
- A restriction is implemented that prevents resetting the character if a Challenge Mode is running. This is done to avoid issues related to cross-progression and Challenge runs.
New contents:
- The replay system is introduced into the game, allowing players to save and view replays of competitive PvP matches. Up to 10 reps are saved per player, with the option to set up to 3 additional reps.
- The emote wheel is improved with the addition of pages, allowing players to organize up to 120 emotes easily.
- A found location is added to the details UI, showing where a Temtem can be found and the exact island where it was found.
- TemCard swapping is enabled, allowing players to exchange the TemCard containing a Temtem for a different one.
- Temtem types are now displayed during PvP battles, providing clarity on types and adding useful information.
- The TemCS World Champion, aarrggnn, will have a permanent trophy statue in Tamer’s Paradise.
- Added sound effects to some gestures that were missing in version 1.5.

- Improved targeting accuracy when using the mouse during matches.
- The animations and instrument control system in the game are improved.
- Additionally, the clarity of the user interface in Dojo Rematches battles has been improved.
