During the Triple-I exhibition earlier this week, the asciisoft developer recalled Katana Zero fans on a free DLC.
In this long-awaited developmental update of Indie Action-Platformer, it was confirmed that DLC “finally closer to completion”. Here's a little bit directly from PR, and you can see it in action in the top video.
“This is not a chronic hallucination – free Katana zero DLC is finally closer to the end. Get ready to continue the Zero journey where it stops – and look at his blurry past. With all the new characters, levels, games and story, this massive DLC promises to be worth waiting. Come to play, my lord “
Previous update that was mentioned from 2021 at the time that DLC became so large that it was over “more like Katana 1.5”. Fast forward so far and it seems no time!
So, although we don't have a date, “it's still coming” to switch and “it's still free”. Katana Zero was originally published on Switch in 2019 and gave the game “great” nine of the ten stars.
