The Super Nintendo World bracelets will also function as amiibo for their respective characters – iGamesNews

Yesterday it was confirmed that the bracelet Power Up Band of Super Nintendo World would cost 3,200 yen (about $ 31) and would allow access to “Aim! Koopa Troopa POW Block Punch ”and“ Stop! Piranha Plant Alarm Panic ”.

If you are not convinced by the price, perhaps today’s news will make you change your mind, as it has been confirmed that the bracelets will also be compatible with Nintendo Switch’s NFC technology, functioning as if they were amiibo figures of their respective characters.

For example, the Mario bracelet will allow us to unlock content in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as if we had the Mario amiibo figure, as revealed by the official website. This will also work with other compatible software via the right stick of the Joy-Con or the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller.

This of course means that we can also unlock content with Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Toad and Yoshi bracelets. What do you think?

Via.
