“This week should be fun,” says Mortal Kombat co-creator

Today we continue to receive news from Mortal Kombat. After the first official teaser of the new installment for the 30th anniversary of the series and a second official teaser, a rumor arose that it would be a reboot for Nintendo Switch and not a new installment as such.

What does this mean? We do not know it very well, but now we bring a message that indicates that there will be news this week. Franchise co-creator Ed Boon has posted a tweet where he says: “This week should be fun”.

For now we don’t have official confirmationso we’ll be watching. However, this would fit with the last teaser, where we saw the second hand of a clock go from 11 to 1 without stopping at 12.

What do you think, Mortal Kombat fans? Do not hesitate to share your opinion in the comments.
