Specifically, after the release of its beta, it has now been shared an apology message from those responsible, because the players have had problems on its opening day, that is, today. This is what Gameloft shared:
We are aware of the issue where some pre-order players are unable to download the game and we apologize for this.
We are in contact with our partners to fix it as soon as possible, but unfortunately the solution seems to require more time.
Resolving this is our top priority right now – as soon as we have updates we’ll let you know.
Once again, our apologies for the inconvenience and we hope that you all can play the title.
The game will be released in the future on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, as well as Switch for free. However, for now, the game has only been released in Early Access and the free version will be released later, with no date yet.
